Pro-life Candidates Dominate Special Elections!

Missouri Right to Life State Political Action Committee (MRL PAC) extends our heartfelt congratulations to our pro-life endorsed candidates who won their special elections on Tuesday, February 6th.

Three of the four MRL PAC-endorsed candidates for State Representative won their races.  In the 39th, previously held by Joe Don McGaugh, Peggy McGaugh was victorious with 64% of the vote.  In District 129, previously held by Sandy Crawford (now a pro-life State Senator), Jeff Knight won with 69%.  The pro-life candidate in District 144, Chris Dinkins, overcame her opponent with 53% of the vote.  Rep. Paul Fitzwater previously held the seat.

MRL PAC proudly endorsed and supported each winning candidate.  We are looking forward to working with each of these pro-life Representatives-elect once they are sworn into office.  Pro-life citizens will be happy to know that each have committed to upholding the sanctity of life through their service to the people of Missouri, born and unborn.

Unfortunately, one of the four MRL PAC endorsed candidates was unsuccessful. In District 97, previously held by Rep. John McCaherty, pro-life candidate David Linton was narrowly defeated.  MRL PAC will be actively working to make sure this district goes pro-life in November!  We appreciate the efforts of all those who volunteered for the pro-life candidate in each of the Special Elections on Tuesday.

MRL PAC is the most experienced, successful, and active pro-life campaign organization in Missouri.
